Cacao Moon Milk - Vegan - Paleo

Drinking warm creamy beverages before bed has been a practice performed for centuries helping people to have a restful sleep balancing the body before bed. These days, these extraordinary drinks are often referred to as moon milks. They normally incorporate herbs and spices to help the body to relax.

Different than people thing Cacao doesn't disrupt sleep unless you are a person who's extremely sensitive to stimulants, Cacao mixed with adaptogenic and calming herbs works great.

These two drinks are delicious and both will aid you to unwind in preparation for a restful night.

Adaptogenic Cacao Moon Milk

Adaptogenic Cacao Moon Milk

Ingredients

8 ounces milk of choice

3 tsp Superfood Cacao Mix

1 tsp Spiced Cacao Mix

Local honey or any sweetener of choice to taste

Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Pour milk into a saucepan, setting the burner to medium-low, and warm until hot (but not boiling). Transfer milk into a blender.
  • Add Cacao mixes and honey.
  • Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the whipped milk into your favorite mug.

  • 8 ounces milk of choice
  • 1 ounce I am Peaceful Chocolate Bar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • Directions
  • Chopped chocolate bar in small pieces.
  • Pour milk into a saucepan, setting the burner to medium-low, and warm until hot (but not boiling). Transfer milk into a blender.
  • Add chopped bar and vanilla if using.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds.
  • Serve and enjoy.
