Golden Raw Vegan Cacao Protein Balls
Ingredients
1 Cup nuts or seeds of choice
1 cup pitted dates
Shredded coconut, Cacao, or hemp seeds to roll them
Directions
  • Place the nuts or seeds in a food processor and process until they have a crumbly texture.
  • Add the dates and the cacao and process again until it holds together and has a dough consistency. Be careful of not over processing the mix, it can get too soft and difficult to form the balls.
  • Make balls with your hands and roll them in shredded coconut, cacao or hemp seeds. At this point they're ready to enjoy.
  • You can store the bites in a sealed container at room temperature, I prefer to keep them in the fridge. They can be storage in the freezer for about three months.
