Spiced Bullet Mocha
This time of the year we need a lot of help with our immune-system, one of the best ways to get it is adding anti-oxidants to our diet.
Cacao is one of the richest anti-oxidant foods in the planet, if you add spices to it you can really get a good amount of soldiers defending your body.
One of the spices with the highest anti-oxidant content is cloves read more about this amazing spice here.
One of the main reasons I created the Spiced Cacao Mix was to offer a product full of compounds that could aid the body to fight against environmental toxicity.
This drink is not only delicious, it's loaded with healthy fats and anti-oxidants a perfect combination to start your day.
I added cacao butter but you can substitute for MCT oil, coconut oil or ghee. If you prefer to keep it vegan switch the collagen for hemp seeds or hemp protein.
Give it a try and please don't blame me if you get addicted to it.
1 Cup freshly brewed coffee (organic is best)
1 1/2 Tbsp Spiced cacao mix (you can use any of our cacao mixes)
1 Tbsp collagen
1 Tbsp grated cacao butter
1/4 cup cashews (optional, but it makes it very creamy) (if you don't have a powerful blender, soak them for about 4 hours)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
