Spiced Paleo Double Chocolate Pumpkin Bread

    1. Preheat your oven to 350° F and line a medium loaf pan with parchment paper, you can also use a silicon mold.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, eggs, maple syrup, erythritol, coconut milk, and vanilla until very smooth.
    3. Add in the Enjoyful Foods chocolate chip cookie mix and the Spiced Cacao mix, stir well until fully combined.
    4. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan spreading it out evenly. Bake in for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the loaf comes out clean.
    5. Cool in the pan on a wire rack, then get it off from the pan. Continue to cool on the wire rack completely before cutting into slices.
