I prefer to eat my chocolate raw but when you have tons of zucchinis, love cakes and chocolate is your obsession it's not other way that to run to the kitchen and start baking. The original recipe for this cake is from PaleOMG blog, I did few modifications to accommodate my present dietary needs and double the recipe because it's always better to have more cake. Raw Almond Hot Chocolate (Paleo, and Dairy Free with Nut Free Option)

Ingredients 2 C. your favorite milk 4 Tbsp Enjoyful Foods Cacao Drink Original (If using any of our other mixes you need to add sweetener) 1 Tbsp raw almond butter (use sunflower or pumpkin seed butter for nut free) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Directions In a small pot heat up the milk. Add hot milk and rest of the ingredients to a blender. Blend till smooth. Serve immediately. It serves two.
