Paleo Protein Waffles (Nut and Dairy Free)

Ingredients 1 C. Enjoyful Foods Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 C. milk of choice 2 Tbsp oil 2 eggs 2 Tbsp collagen or protein of preference 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional) Directions Prepare your waffle iron according with manufacturing directions. These waffles work better with the iron in high. Mix all ingredients, I use my blender in low speed but works perfect just by hand. Let the butter rest for few minutes, it will get thicker.
